A Safe Place to Land
A steady, caring home where young people can breathe, settle and feel protected.
We create nurturing homes for children and young people across the East Midlands - places where safety is felt, relationships are steadfast, and children are surrounded by unwavering support, warmth, joy, and opportunity to grow into who they are meant to be.

We provide nurturing homes for children and young people who need adults they can trust, spaces that feel calm, and relationships that help them feel understood. Our homes offer more than a place to stay; they provide a sense of love and belonging.
A kickabout in the garden, a meal cooked together, a quiet chat after school. The everyday stuff is where trust is built - and where young people get to just be young people.

Predictable routines - meals together, homework after school, a calm wind-down before bed - help young people feel safe enough to focus. When the day has shape, the brain has space to learn.
We sit alongside young people with their schoolwork, champion their progress with teachers, and nurture the curiosity, confidence and ambition that education depends on.
Belonging stretches beyond the front door. We help young people find their place in the community around them - volunteering at the local care home, joining clubs, taking part in groups that share their interests and passions.
Giving time to others builds confidence, purpose and a sense of pride - and reminds young people that they have something valuable to offer the world around them.

Long walks, muddy boots, a friendly dog to throw a ball for, a garden to potter in - time spent outdoors and around animals is woven into everyday life with us. It's not a programme or a therapy session, it's just part of growing up well.
Being outside in nature and connecting with animals helps young people feel calmer and more regulated, build confidence and a quiet sense of responsibility, find moments of fun and belonging, and grow trusting relationships at their own pace.
A steady, caring home where young people can breathe, settle and feel protected.
Trusted adults who listen, show up consistently and build connection over time.
Support for confidence, interests, learning and the everyday joys of childhood.
Our values are organised into five core pillars - STONE - reflecting our identity and our commitment to providing a stable foundation from which young people can flourish.
We build safe, trusting relationships where young people feel understood, free to make mistakes, and able to experience joy, play and belonging.
We are honest, open and accountable - building trust through clear, genuine communication and doing what's right, not what's easy.
We are ambitious for every young person and every team member, championing voices and creating space to try new things, take safe risks and grow.
We lead with kindness, empathy and intentional care - holding boundaries in a way that is respectful, consistent and deeply human.
We recognise, respect and celebrate the uniqueness of every individual - actively challenging bias and treating difference as a strength.
We're preparing to open two exceptional residential care homes. Each provides a safe, welcoming environment where children feel proud to call home - with tailored support, therapeutic care rooted in therapeutic support (ARC; DDP/PACE and House Models of Parenting), and opportunities for education and enrichment.
